From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the chef at SK really knows their stuff when it comes to creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. I decided to try the #18 Kung Pao Chicken lunch special, the #35 Beef w/ Black Pepper Sauce, and the #96 Wonton Soup w/Assorted Vegetable, and they did not disappoint. I later learned that Szechwan cuisine is all about balancing seven different flavors - salty, sweet, bitter, acid, pungent, nutty, and spicy - and SK definitely nailed it. Plus, the fact that there is free parking and that SK is closed on Tuesdays just added to the convenience of dining there. Whether you prefer dining in, ordering online, or getting takeout, SK has you covered. The customer service is top-notch, and the dining area is spacious enough to accommodate small parties.
